Course outline and disclaimer for safety: The Sleeping Well course provides you with information about: -How we sleep and what we need to do to sleep well. -The role of relaxation and some guided videos to support you to relax. -How to breathe well to support relaxation and good sleep. -Tools to help you to make decisions and support you in maintaining changes. Complete the Epworth Sleepiness Scale. You feel excessively tired or want to sleep during the day, even if the night sleep has been good Makes it difficult to go to work, drive, or complete daily tasks at home You have been told you snore or gasp loudly during the evening You think a new medicine you are taking is affecting your sleep You have been told you sleep walk or act out your dreams
